Professor Oluwole Akinyele Agbede
Chairman, Board of Trustees – Project Experts Hub
Professor Agbede is a distinguished scholar and authority in civil engineering, with over four decades of academic and professional experience in geotechnical and water resources engineering. A former professor at the University of Ibadan and emeritus professor at Babcock University, he is a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Science and a mentor to generations of engineers and researchers.
As Chairman of the Board of Trustees, he provides strategic guidance, academic excellence, and ethical leadership to Project Experts Hub, championing the vision to deliver world-class project solutions through expertise, integrity, and innovation.
Professor Joseph Adelegan
Board of Trustees Member, Project Experts Hub
A global leader in sustainable development, Professor Joseph Adelegan brings over 30 years of executive and academic experience to Project Experts Hub. As Secretary-General of the International Rubber Study Group in Singapore and a former senior advisor to the United Nations and World Bank, he has shaped projects across Africa, Europe, and North America.
A recipient of prestigious awards from the World Economic Forum and Ashoka, and a holder of two doctorate degrees, Prof. Adelegan’s expertise strengthens our mission to deliver project excellence in Construction and IT.
Joshua Agbede
Founder & CEO – Project Experts Hub
Joshua Agbede is a seasoned project leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience managing IT and construction projects across the UK.
He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management (Distinction) from the University of the West of England and a Strategic Project Management certification from Harvard University.
A certified Agile Scrum Master and PRINCE2 Practitioner, Joshua combines academic excellence with practical expertise. As Founder and CEO, he pioneers the PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) model, delivering expert project leadership on demand.
His vision for Project Experts Hub is built on innovation, trust, and a commitment to empowering organisations to achieve excellence through expert-driven solutions.
Engr. Goke Shittu
Lead Consultant (Construction)
A registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He is also PMP-certified and a member of the Association for Project Management (APM), UK.
Engr. Shittu brings a wealth of field experience and technical leadership to our construction projects. He provides strategic input on contract procurement, contractor engagement, quality assurance, and project lifecycle management.
